I would like to be able to add a credit to a customer account and leave that tab on hold. I have some customers who come in and pay $200 in advance on their tab and just leave it open until they use that $. I also have customers who want to come in and put $20 on a friends tab for a favor, etc. I need the option to add a credit on the tab and leave it open. I currently do this in Quickbooks (Desktop version) by adding a credit and then making the qty a negative number and then I can leave the tab open until the money is used up.
