Add a simple virtual Lock button to the POS screen that allows the current user to quickly lock the register without logging out. Once locked, the screen remains inaccessible until an employee enters their unique PIN.When a valid PIN is entered, the POS immediately unlocks and automatically switches the active user to the employee associated with that PIN. This eliminates the need to completely log out and have each employee enter their email and password every time they need to use the register, making employee switching much faster and more convenient while still keeping each employee’s activity tied to their individual account.Submitted by: John Rutigliano, CDE Services Inc Priority: Medium

Hello again - A merchant is asking if there can be a functionality add to show profit of an item. As you see in the screen shot, there is card price, cash price, cost, and markup percentage. Can we add in another that show's the $ value they make based on their list price vs. cost. Thanks!Submitted by: Sam Sonntag, Automated Transaction Services Priority: Medium Attachment: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1dx0jz8zgXKmis4QbxfBzr0zSUwL2l-k5

Currently, when a user logs out of the POS (Menu → Store Settings → Logout), the email and password fields remain pre-populated on the login screen. Anyone with physical access to the terminal, for example, during a break-in after hours, can see the saved credentials and sign in without needing to know them.Requested fix: Clear the email and password fields after logout so the login screen resets to blank rather than staying pre-filled.Also worth noting: merchants should be using unique, individual passwords per staff member rather than one shared login, but that alone doesn't solve this issue, since the same persistence problem applies regardless of whose password it is. Any saved password, unique or shared, needs to clear on logout for this to actually be secure.Submitted by: Sam Sonntag, Automated Transaction Services Priority: Medium

Hi Team! We've received merchant complaints of the app loading slowly when attempting to scan UPC items. Could we please look into this and see if there is a way to push an update through. I see the Beta version is in and the functionality is great but again, customers getting frustrated with how slow the lag is. (I checked internet speeds and they were great so that's not the issue.) Thanks!Submitted by: Sam Sonntag, Automated Transaction Services Priority: High

Speed up UPC scanning (app lag)

Request a report be added that would allow us to pull low inventory by Brand to quickly be able to pull re-order needs by brand/vendor. Our current system allows us to be able to sort by vendor/Brand and then sort within that by Qty. to quickly see what items need to be reordered when we are talking to our rep. We typically do weekly orders with our vendors.Submitted by: Melanie Taylor, Wine Maestro - Downtown Statesville Priority: High

Add an additional report that will provide an inventory valuation total. This would be helpful for EOY reporting and comparison over time. It would be great to have this report without having to export to a CSV and create the document.Submitted by: Melanie Taylor, Wine Maestro Downtown Statesville Priority: High
